Ingredients (makes ~16 squares)
Base:

5 wheat biscuits (e.g., Weetbix), ~75 g

1 cup pitted dates, soaked in warm water 10 mins

½ banana, mashed

¼ cup finely grated zucchini (squeeze all liquid out)

½ cup All-Bran cereal
-
Optional: splash of reserved date water, honey, or maple syrup if mixture is too dry
Topping ā choose your version:
Snickers-style:

½ cup dark chocolate (chopped or chips)

2 tbsp peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
Mars Bar-style (nut-free):

½ cup dark chocolate (chopped or chips)

1 tbsp coconut oil or butter
Instructions

Soak & Prep
Place dates in warm water for ~10 minutes until soft. Drain, reserving a little water. -
Mix Wet Ingredients
Mash banana in a large bowl. Add soaked dates, breaking them up with a fork or spoon until combined. -
Add Veggies & Fibre
Stir in grated zucchini and All-Bran. Crumble in the Weetbix. Mix well. If dry, add a splash of reserved date water or sweetener of choice. -
Soften & Bind
Let mixture sit 5 minutes so the cereals soak up the moisture. -
Press
Line a small loaf or square tin with baking paper. Press mixture firmly and evenly into the tin. -
Make the Topping
