Looma Co Refunds & Returns Policy

Effective: June 2026

At Looma Co, we take pride in creating high-quality products for little ones that are made to last. We want you to love your Looma product(s) as much as we love designing them. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns and refunds work.

Change of mind returns & exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

Refunds, replacements or other remedies are available for faulty, damaged or incorrect items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we're here to help. We encourage you to report any issues to admin@looma.com.au within 90 days of receiving your order so we can resolve them as quickly as possible. Claims made after 90 days will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. To help us assess your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (where applicable)

If the photos are not sufficient for us to assess the issue, we may require the item to be returned to us for inspection before a remedy can be provided. Unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, the cost of returning the product for assessment is the responsibility of the customer. If, after inspection, we determine the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs. If a replacement product is provided, Looma Co will cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.

Following assessment, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a replacement, store credit or refund where applicable.

Product faults after 90 days

We understand that faults can sometimes arise over time. Where a manufacturing fault is identified more than 90 days from receiving your order, an appropriate remedy will be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law. 

This policy does not cover issues resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use or misuse
  • Improper washing, storage or care
  • Accidental damage
  • Use outside the product's intended purpose

Changes to Looma Co Returns Policy

Looma Co reserves the right to update this Returns Policy as needed. Any changes will be reflected on our website, along with the updated effective date. By completing a purchase with Looma Co, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
