Looma Co Shipping Policy

At Looma, we work hard to get your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping details below before placing your order.

Processing time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. As a small business with little kiddos, rarely things happen that can delay processing time, but we are dedicated to ensuring that information is posting on our socials if it ever occurs so you are aware.
  • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as soon as possible.

Shipping rates and timeframes

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Parcel post (standard delivery): (We are based in Perth, Western Australia)
    • Within the same state: 2-4 business days
    • Interstate: 3-6 business days
  • Express post (express delivery):
    • Within the same state: 1-2 business days
    • Interstate: 1-3 business days

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

International shipping

We do offer international shipping so if you’re location outside of Australia, please contact us to discuss shipping options.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery’s progress.

Lost or delayed parcels

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the courier. We are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels, but if you experience any issues, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist.

Address errors

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
