1 cup cooked quinoa

½ cup shredded cheese

Broccoli or any leftover veggies, finely chopped ( I used capsicum aswell)

1 egg
Method:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.

Form small patties and place them on a lined baking tray or use a muffin tray and press flat.
