  • 1 cup cooked quinoa

  • ½ cup shredded cheese

  • 1 egg

Method:

  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.

  3. Form small patties and place them on a lined baking tray or use a muffin tray and press flat.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown and firm.
