2 ripe bananas (mashed)
2 eggs
1/2 cup of oats
1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and scoop small amounts of batter onto the pan.

Shape into small patties.
Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Cook patties for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

🥒Zucchini Muffins

You’ll Need:
1 medium zucchini (grated and squeezed to remove excess water)
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder

1 egg
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with liners.
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
In another bowl, whisk together the oil, honey/maple syrup, and egg. Stir in the grated zucchini.
Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet until just combined.
