Immunity Gummies
Winter germs knocking at your door again? If your kids are coughing, snotty, or just run down, these homemade citrus immunity gummies are the perfect sick-day snack.
They’re packed with vitamin C, natural anti-inflammatory ingredients, and taste like those chewy chemist lollies, but way better for them.
Ingredients:

½ cup orange juice (fresh or store bought)

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp honey
-
1–2 tsp fresh grated ginger (use less if your kids don’t love spice)

2 tbsp gelatin powder (or agar-agar for vegetarian version)

Optional: dash of vanilla or turmeric for colour
To make:

Gently heat orange juice, lemon juice, ginger and honey in a small saucepan (don’t boil).

Sprinkle gelatin in while whisking until dissolved.

Pour into moulds or a lined dish.

Refrigerate until set (around 1–2 hours).

Pop out and store in the fridge.
